Spaghetti Pie

4 oz Spaghetti cooked and drained
1/2 lbs cooked ground Turkey
18-20 oz Favorite Spaghetti sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
2/3 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

1. Beat Egg
2. Add Parmesan and seasoning
3. Stir in mixture with cooked Spaghetti
4. Preheat oven to 350F
5. Put Spaghetti in 9 inch greased pie pan
6. Spread Ricotta Cheese on top of Spaghetti (if you prefer stiffer “crust”, bake for 10 minutes)
7. Mix Sauce with cooked ground Turkey
8. Pour on top of pie
9. Top with Mozzarella
10. Bake for 20 minutes
